Terms and conditions - Packly.

  1. General
    Packly is owned and operated by Dominik Pupka-Lipinski, CVR: 42837687, Industrivej 11, Bramming.
    The following terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded between Packly and the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  2. Services
    Packly offers strategic packaging design and related graphic services. The scope of an assignment is agreed in writing and work is only started once both parties have approved the offer.

  3. Prices and payment
    All prices are stated in DKK excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.
    Payment must be made no later than 8 days after the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. Late payment is subject to a reminder fee of DKK 100 and any default interest, cf. the Interest Act.

  4. Delivery
    Delivery time is agreed individually per task.
    Delays caused by lack of input, approvals or changes from the customer release Packly from responsibility for meeting deadlines.

  5. Rights
    All rights to drafts, sketches and ideas remain with Packly unless otherwise agreed in writing. The customer gets the right to use the final design upon full payment.
    The design may not be resold or edited without written permission from Packly.

  6. Liability
    Packly does not accept liability for errors in the final material that have not been corrected during proofreading or approval by the Customer.
    Packly disclaims liability for misprints, production, technical errors or losses of third parties.

  7. Withdrawal and cancellation
    When canceling an assignment, you will be invoiced for the work that has already been completed and any planned time that cannot be allocated elsewhere.

  8. Confidentiality
    Packly treats all customer information and projects with confidentiality and does not share material with third parties without permission.

  9. Disputes
    Any disagreement will be resolved through dialog. If this does not succeed, the case will be settled according to Danish law with the courts in Esbjerg.
